Yes, I do. To exercise in the morning helps wake me up and really motivates me and gives me energy burst. It really works! It is valuable. It also speeds my metabolism a ton and burn more calories throughout the day.

Of course, I like to do exercise.
However, I can't control my soul and body to wake up in the morning for exercising.
When i was young, my mother always wake me up to do exercise
such as run, aerobic and jogging. That time i really had a good health.
But now i don't get a chance to do like this.
Poor me!! I would like to do exercise with my family.Crying or Very sad Shocked cat pig

Yes,I do like to exercise inthe early morning.
I always try to wake up early to do exercise.
I like to exercise by swing my hands back and forth.
It's vey helpful for our health and it supoorts our immune system.
I have tried it,It's the good result,I rarely sneeze in the morning because I do exercise in the early morning.Moreover,we will feel fresh and energetic all day.

No, I do not. I am so drowsy in the morning.pale 
I like to do exercise in the evening more than in the morning.Sleep Sleep 
Runing, playing badminton, and doing aerobic are my favorite activity.

No, i don't because i have a study class in the morning everyday.

So i never get up to exercise in the early morning.

Yes, I do. When I was a high school student I love getting up in the morning and go jogging with mom.It's very fresh and make you have healthy.
Do you know that exercise in the early morning in good for your health. Let's see!
- Encourages Healthy Eating: A regular exercise routine in the morning changes your attitude about food. Psychologically, it becomes easier to resist temptation from foods because of the healthy mindset you develop about working out. If you eat more or if you eat the wrong kinds of foods, you will need to work out harder. Eventually, you will tend to eat better, switching to a more nutritious diet.
- Promotes Better Sleep: Exercising in the morning necessarily demands waking up earlier to get in the time needed for the routine. Therefore, it follows that it will condition your body to sleep earlier and you develop a natural body cycle. Eventually, the quality of your sleep improves because as you expend energy at a steady rate throughout your waking hours, the body readies to shut down at night, paving the way for a good night’s sleep.

Yes, I do. Last semester, I went to go to exercise in the early morning 4 times per week.
I ran around MSU park 3-5 rounds. After I spent time to go to exercise for 1-2 months, I lose my weight 5 kilogram.
