I usually make sure that...

- Avoid keeping computers or laptops, phones, digital tablets or TVs in my bedroom.
- Eat dinner early.
- Chill before bedtime.
- Workout routine to the morning, make some!
- Maybe take a warm shower.
- Drink a relaxing beverage such as a warm glass of milk or tea.
- Turn down the lights before bedtime.
- Make myself comfortable.
- Think about any calm places that make you feel relaxed and make up stories in my head.
How was easy!!! ....zZZZzzZ

Many adolescents have trouble falling asleep at night. This can be a major issue if you have a busy day ahead. School, sports, summer jobs and other events aren't good places to be tired. Read this article to learn how to fall asleep easier and get a good nights rest.
Do not eat before bed. Food gives you energy and activates the stomach muscles, both of which can keep you up. If you plan on going to sleep at 11pm, do not eat anything more from about 12pm-7pm, unless you are very hungry. If this is the case, eat a small amount.
Take a shower a few hours before you go to bed. If your hair is going to be wet when you go to sleep, blow dry it.
Don't watch TV or be on your computer. Studies have shown that screen time at least an hour before bed can keep you from falling asleep.

To making I fall asleep faster I always follow these steps.Wink
1.Try to Turn In and wake up at the same time every day. But don't worry if you occasionally miss your bedtime during the week
2.Chill Out A cool bedroom lowers your core body temperature, which initiates sleepiness. Ideal thermostat setting? It varies from person to person, but try 65 degrees to start and then adjust, if necessary.
3.Turn Lights Off — and away. Switch off the TV and computer, and face your alarm clock away from you. You'll banish the glow and also those late-night inner monologues — It's 3 A.M.! How will I ever be able to function tomorrow? — that can keep you awake even longer.

I don't know how to suggest about it.
I can fall asleep very fast.
Wherever I can sleep if the environment is good.
If it's cold, it makes me fall asleep.
If it's hot, it makes me lazy and fall asleep.
If it's rain, it's good weather, it makes me fall asleep.
So it maybe up to the weather.

-Temperature: The optimal sleep temperature varies by person but usually lies somewhere between 60.8 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit (16 - 20 degrees Celsius).[1][2] [3] If the room is too hot, try turning on a fan and try ideas from How to Sleep Comfortably on a Hot Night. If you're cold, put another blanket on the bed or a loose sweatshirt over your pajamas.
-Position: Always choose the position that works best for you, whether you're a hip, back, or stomach sleeper. Also, make sure your pillow is neither too flat nor too high because either may put strain on your neck.
-Clothing: If you're wearing pajamas that are tight, scratchy, or otherwise uncomfortable, consider changing into something more sleep-worthy. Try putting on loose cotton pajamas or a long nightshirt. If that's still not working, some people sleep best when they strip down to nothing at all.
- Play a game. Sometimes a game can distract you enough to get you to the land of nod. Either real games or mind games can work; if you're playing a real game, keep the game material at your bedside and a book light to keep the light level low.

The way to fall asleep fast are....

- Meditate to Get to Sleep.
- Avoid doing anything in the hour leading to sleep time that will keep you over-stimulated.
- Try relaxation methods before bedtime. 
- Having a glass of water at your nightstand during the night works well
if you wake up in the middle of the night.

Before going to sleep, try to calm down and relax  such as pray or make mediation. Instead of going outside to do something or exercise, read a book, talk with family members, or write in a daily journal. This goes for work as well. If you try and finish that to-do list of yours, your mind is going to keep working, even as you try to fall asleep.Razz:P:P

Get-Cozy-in-Bed Are you as comfortable as possible?
If not, fixing one small thing might make it infinitely easier for you to fall asleep.
Consider adjusting these things:

Change the lighting.
Most people find it easiest to sleep in total darkness.
If that's not possible for you, though, you still make some small fixes.

Manage noise.
Some people sleep best in total silence.

Avoid keeping computers, phones, digital tablets or TVs in your bedroom. These electronic distractions make the bedroom seem like a place of entertainment rather than rest. This will perhaps distract you from focusing on sleep! Worse, they can beep at the most inopportune moments, rousing you from much-needed sleep. If you have just discovered an amazing app or a fantastic new show, it's very doubtful you'll want to put it down. Sometimes you're expecting an indefinite phone call from someone  most phones will have an adjustment that allows certain calls through. A trawl through the settings page will usually find this.

For me, I lie down to go to sleep only when i am sleepy. I do not use my bed for anything except sleep; that is, do not read, watch television, eat, or worry in bed. Sexual activity is the only exception to this rule. On such occasions, the instructions are to be followed afterwards, when I intend to go to sleep. If I  find yourself unable to fall asleep, I get up and go into another room. Stay up as long as I wish and then return to the  bedroom to sleep. I set my alarm and get up at the same time every morning irrespective of how much sleep I got during the night. This will help my body acquire a consistent sleep rhythm. I try not to take nap during the day.

Exercise during the day – We all know exercise improves our health, but it also improves our sleep by reducing stress. The caveat, don’t exercise within 3 hours before bedtime. The adrenaline will keep you awake. Limit beverages that interfere – We all know that caffeine makes it difficult to fall asleep, but we may not be aware that alcohol interferes as well, as does drinking too much water right before bedtime. Avoid naps – Try not to nap if you possibly can. Sleeping during the day makes it difficult to fall sleep at night. If you absolutely must, limit naps to a power nap of 20 minutes. Food is a factor – Have a light dinner. Heavy meals may be difficult to digest and indigestion may make it difficult to fall asleep. But don’t go to bed hungry. Hunger keeps you awake. Eat a light snack shortly before bedtime.Turn off the TV and computer. – This kind of stimulation tells the brain to be alert when it’s supposed to be winding down and has been proven to reduce sleep quality. Remove the electronics – Shut off the TV and remove computers and other electronic devices from your bedroom. They tempt you to engage in non-restful activities and keep you awake. The bedroom is for sleep, not work and surfing the internet. Keep cool – You fall asleep faster and sleep better if the bedroom is cooler. A lower room temperature lowers core body temp, and helps you go to sleep. The ideal temperature for sleep is 65 degrees.
Dim the lights – Light, even a small amount interferes with sleep hormones and stimulates the brain. Wear an eye mask if necessary or turn the alarm clock around.

I am a quite hard to get sleep person. So I have to looking for the best way to solve this problem. And today I have some way to share with you. They are ......

1.First of all, take a relaxing bath. Fill it with bath salts/bubble bath if you want to. Lavender is very useful if you want to get to sleep, so try and get a couple of bath products that are scented with it. Don't splash around too much; just lie there and relax.

2.Do something relaxing before you go to bed. Listen to calming music, read a book, or do some writing. Don't watch TV or go on the computer - these things wake your brain up, meaning that, even though your body might be tired, your mind will still be wide awake, making it difficult to go to sleep.

3.If you're hungry, eat a piece of fruit. Fruit slowly releases energy, meaning that you won't have a big sugar rush right after you've eaten it or when you're trying to sleep

4.Go to bed at the time that you normally would, or a little earlier. Trying to get to sleep two hours earlier than you normally would will confuse your body clock, and you may end up staying up even later than usual.

5.Allow your thoughts to wander. If you need to, listen to some soothing music. Eventually, you will fall asleep.

I have a story to share. It's about the pretty girl cannot sleep in the night.
I was in that situation. In Songkran Festival, my relatives would be gathering at my house. They are from Bangkok almost each year they have to go back to their hometown and give a visit to family. About the story:
At the night of the first day of Songkran festival. My aunt was trying to let her daughter sleep at that night because her daughter was running in the house and made a loud noise. She was afraid of other people felt annoyed with her daughter but her daughter didn't care about this. She caught her daughter lay down on the bed. Her daughter said that she could not sleep. My aunt said to her that I have something to tell you in order to make herself get sleeping easily. You counted 1-100 until you stop yourself unconsciously. After 30 minutes, my aunt's daughter went silently to sleep. After that I have been trying to use this tactic in my sleeping. It is very amazing, I can sleep very easy.

I don't know the other people way of falling asleep fast.
For me, I can fall asleep very fast if my stomach is full.
I can sleep very well even though I sleep in the crowd places such as classroom or meeting room.
I just eat a lot and I can go to bed. That's it
