Wash your face with cold water immediately after waking up, or, if possible, have a cold shower.
And drink lots of water. While you may not be able to sleep, you can alter the other things which make your brain work better, keeping your brain hydrated will prevent lack of fluids adding to the problem of tiredness.

Washing your face with cold water, brushing your teeth after that,
and doing some exercise can help you feel fresh after little sleeping.
If you have enough time, you should take a shower that will make you feel really fresh.

After wake up try to drink a glass of water and blush your teeth and wash your face. I think the best way is you have to get enough sleep, so when you get up you will be fresh by yourself ;0

For me, I will take a deep breath and use mental part control my body
keep going.
I will think that I 'm fresh now.
Just smile for myself and find something special to eat.

You are certainly tired or exhausted after short sleep at night. If you feel very tired or exhausted, your day or work will be very boring and confusing. Various ways to be awaken are to have a shower or wash your hands and face to refresh yourself, to drink icy water to make you more eager to go on working/studying, and to do an easy exercise: jogging, cycling, and so on.

The best way to get fresher thank to lack of sleep is to sleep more than 5 hours a day. Avoid going to bed very late!
