I do love to sleep. However, I can't manage my time to sleep well.
I have a lot of works for practicing my English. I will try to get enough sleep.

I have know that Sleep can help control weight. When our hormone levels are out of balance from lack of sleep, it increases our appetite, making us eat more than we would if we weren't sleepy. There is also concern that lack of sleep changes the way our body digests carbohydrates, which can cause weight gain.

There are many advantages of getting enough sleep, some of them include:

- Reduce mood disorder. Lack of sleep during the night may cause you to get moody and agitated the following day. When this condition becomes chronic, it tends to lead to long term mood disorders like anxiety and depression which would be costly to treat.

Improve physical and mental performance. Sleep also helps in improving physical performance. During sleep you are able to rebuild your muscle tissues. Growth of hormones released during sleep help in performance and recovery enhancement. Children who do not get enough sleep are inattentive in class which interm affects their school's performance

feeling fresh all day, and not look asleep. If you get enough sleep,
you will have a power to study and work for the next day.

Sleep is an important part of everyday life and it is only recently that people have realized the many benefits of sleeping. There are very many health advantages that come with getting adequate sleep. In fact, if you are currently getting less than six hours of sleep every night, then your risk of acquiring diseases increases.

Strokes and heart attacks are some of the most common effects of sleep deprivation. Many health experts believe that it is caused by the worsening of blood pressure and cholesterol. This also explains why most heart attacks occur during early morning hours. Your heart will actually be healthier if you get about eight hours of sleep daily.

2. Relieves stress

People usually get stressed out when they are tired but sleep deprivation also induces stress. One method that this reveals itself is via high blood pressure that can lead to other health complications. In addition to that, the body also increases the production of various stress hormones, which can keep you from sleeping at night.
