Using tablet in Thai education system, helpful or harmful?

In my opinion, giving tablets to the grade one students make more problems in Thai education system. It’s doesn't mean that the tablet is the bad technology but when we use it to teach just 6 to 7 years old students in class is very hard to control. We realized that the grade one student is still young so it will be difficult to teach them how to use this technology properly. And Thai classes also have many of students per one class so the way to control using such a thing in class will be hard too. When the teacher can’t control the class, the trouble things will happen. Student perhaps use the tablet in the wrong way. They may use it to play such a violent game, start chatting during the class and accidentally find the pornography. These trouble things are the disaster of Thai education. To solve the problem teachers should follow these three steps to control the class. First, making and easy- understanding rules in class such as don’t play game, don’t chatting or don’t use tablet for calculate in mathematics class. It’s a good idea to block these applications before send the tablet to student. Second, warning and advising are things you can do when your students avoid the rules. You should ask your student first why they break the rules, suggest them and tell them don’t do it again. Finally, if your students still break the rules you have to punish them in the properly way such as confiscating the tablet one week, doing many home works or cleaning the classroom one week. With these solutions, I think teachers can control the class better and using tablet in Thai education system will be helpful.

It's good to use tablet as an education tool for students.
It functions like one of the medias that can both spire and motivate students to feel happy, exciting and fun.
However, there are a few educational applications to support students to learn in various subjects.

I think it's harmful. As the government give the seven-year-old students use tablets for learin,
I think it's not their time to use. I think they are too young to use it.
They should learn from the real things arond themselves,not just learn from the screen.
They don't have enough responsibility because they are still young.
They don't know what is suitable and what is harmful to them.
If they use tablets, parents or teachers should stay with them all the time to control them.

I think it's harmful because student just was 7 years old and too young to use it.
It not suitable for young student. They can't keep it well.
Teacher should to teach the lesson in the real way by use book or anything that can touch in classroom.
Even through, tablet is a good material that teacher should to use and teach it in the good way.

I think it is good because at least student do not have to pack a ton of books for studying.
It can help students are use to use technology and there are many great applications on it.
There are good many applications about language so students can listen how to pronoun words
correctly. Although, there is no a native teacher.

In my ideas, using tablet in Thai education system as seven years old of student. There are pros and cons. For pros are students can learn about technology since they were young. I agree with Tem that there are many application in tablet so they learn more in classroom. Example languge function they learn the phonetics when they. were young from native. It is very good for them. And I think that it motivate student to learn by helping teachers. According to pedagogy subject, using tablet in the classroom is a kind of "computer assisted language learning or CALL".However teacher should control tablet under the pedagogy. It is very good for student. For cons,it is bad for sight of childern. If teacher cannot use tablet under the pegagogy it mean tablet will give very bad to students. So teacher should know how to use tablet under the pedagogy?

According to tablets, there are both of helpful and harmful.
Benefit:
-Tablet computers, like the iPad, are interactive communicator
and book-reader tools. It's large screens and large memory
so, it is benefit to keep important documents.
A tablets may be downloaded and stored for use as needed.

Harmful:
-The tablets can be a serious distraction in the classroom.
The first issue that teachers often encounter in the classroom
- The tablets are expensive to purchase and can be even more expensive to maintain.
