Do you like seafood, if so what kind of seafood do you like?

I love eating squid since it's yummy and kind of fertile with nutrition for my health. Octopus is a low calorie, lean seafood, making it a good way to get protein in your diet without adding too much fat. There are approximately 140 calories per 3 oz. (85g) of octopus, with only 1.8g of fat. Octopus is a very good source of iron, which is a common deficiency leading to weakness, fatigue and anemia. Octopus is also a source of calcium, potassium, phosphorus and selenium. It provides several important vitamins including vitamin C, vitamin A and several B vitamins, as well as some omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 is an important nutrient which may decrease the chances of heart disease, as well as cancer and depression. It also seems to boost the immune system and aid in brain development in children. Octopus also contains taurine, which is an organic acid that acts as an antioxidant, and may protect against some of the stressful effects of exercise. Taurine is also suspected to help prevent heart disease, although there are no conclusive studies regarding this yet. Some studies have also linked it with improved blood sugar levels, however this also needs further study.

Seafood is my favorite food. It taste good and can make many different dishes. For me, I enjoy eating shrimp, squid,and crab. I love Tum Yum. Every time that my family go to the sea, we always order or buy these three animals to make Tum Yum and other dish. The fresh one is so delicious.I can't wait to go to the sea again:P:flower:

cooked or raw and fresh or frozen.

I love all kinds of seafood but my favorite one is squid. It's very delicious. The body can be stuffed whole, cut into flat pieces, or sliced into rings. The arms, tentacles, and ink are also edible; in fact, the only parts not eaten are the beak and gladiolus(pen). That's very interesting and it has many benefits for our health. For example, Squid is a good food source for zinc and manganese, and high in copper, selenium and vitamin B12.

For me I don't like to eat seafood but i can eat it a little bit. There’s good news and bad news.
First, there’s the bad news for those who enjoy tuna on rye.
High concentrations of mercury, a neurotoxin that can damage developing brains in fetuses, are found in some kinds of popular fish such as albacore tuna. Swordfish and shark, king mackerel, marlin, orange roughy and tilefish also contain dangerous levels of mercury.it’s ideal to exercise moderation and caution when eating seafood by taking into account both environmental and health concerns.

I like all seafood,especially shrimp,it has a good taste. 
If it is fresh, it will be so sweet. 
My mother likes to cook tam-yam-kung when I go home. 
It makes me miss my home a lot. 
There are variety menu of shrimp dish. 
I will try to practice how to cook it with my mom.

I do like seafood because I love spicy food ; It is so delicious.
Especially,the big and fresh shrimp is sweet and soft.
When I go back my home;my mom usually cook many shrimp dishes for me.
