What is your favorite seafood?

My favorite seafood are squid and prawn.   Both of them are very delicious. ^^
We can fin squid and prawn very easy because they are very popular to eat. And both of them can cook a lots of special menu and can cook in different style. When I go to eat buffet I will looking for them first. I love to eat grilled prawn with spicy seafood sauce and Tomyam Kung. For squid I love to eat them with grilled or cook them in spicy soup. I need to go back home and make a special menu from squid and prawn and eat them with my family. It must bu very fantastic meal.^^

My favorite seafood is shrimp. Shrimp contain astaxanthin, a carotenoid that gives them their pink color and that can act as a potent antioxidant and protect the skin from premature aging. Also the omega-3 fatty acids in shrimp provide antioxidant protection. The zinc shrimp boast plays an important role in the production of new cells (including hair cells and skin cells). It also helps maintain the oil-secreting glands on the scalp that keep hair shiny. In addition, shrimp are a good source of copper which can help prevent hair loss, contribute to hair thickness, and intensify hair color. My favorite dish that make from shrimp is Tom Yum Kung. It is delicious.

I love seafood <3. I can eat everything but the most delicious is every menu a made from shrimp, squid and crab. I really love the sea and the beach. Every time I go the sea I always eat seafood. It is fresh and more delicious. Eating seafood on the beach at the evening is quite romantic.

My favorite seafood are little fishes fries with sweet suace! I love to eat it with rice and fish suace. You can put it in papaya salad or just eat only it.  It's yum and have hight calcium.

Yes, I like squid and prawn.
When I go home, my dad will buy it waiting for me.
My mom will cook seafood salad for me.
And we will prepare this menu to offer to monks in the next day.
That is one part of our life.
My mom cooks this menu deliciously and she did not
cook it spicy because I cannot eat spicy food.
At mahasarakham, even though I order a food store to cook it
not too spicy, they still cook it spicy.
