| Apple is very good for health. Especially,there is a plethora of anecdotal evidence and first-person accounts of acne blemished skin being healed by consuming apples. There are even a few tales of wrinkles and fine lines being smoothed by applying apple slices and/or apple juice to the face. Such stories are all over the world wide web, in both video and blog form. And while some of these stories may strain the boundaries of credibility (wrinkle smoothing, for example), it’s highly improbably that the massive number of acne cure stories are all false.

| It’s believed in Korea that eating an apple at night is actually unhealthy, causing indigestion and making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The origins of this idea are unknown, but the belief seems to be well known in Korea. There are many Koreans who say they’ve heard about this from an elder at some point in their life. A few of them believe it and refrain from eating at night.
The fact that apples are very healthy is uncontested, but does that change when eating them at night? Eating food before going to sleep generally is a bad idea because foods that are spicy, heavy, or fatty will make it difficult to sleep soundly. Apples, however, have none of those properties and are actually filled with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are beneficial for sleeping. | |

| Eating apple is good for our health. Especially if we eat it with peel. We sould eat all an apple with peel because there're many benefits in appple's peel. Apple is fulled with fiber, beta-carotene, vitomin C, copper. Apples is good for human body; it nouriches our heart, reduces cholesterol levels, reduces blood pressure, and controls suger level in bloodstream. Apple is also good for our skin. If we eat apple every day, our skin will be protect from dangerous substance that may damage our skin. In an apple, there are vitamin A that reduce the risk of skin cancer. For vitamin C in apple, it helps us make collagen, a protein found in our skin.

Face: Apple cider vinegar regulates the pH of your skin. Combine 1 cup apple cider vinegar with 1 cup cold water in a plastic bottle (I use recycled baby food jars) and apply with a cotton ball morning and night in lieu of a toner, astringent, or age spot remover. Feet and Hands: Rubbing apple cider vinegar onto swollen hands or feet reduces swelling. A wonderful thing to have during pregnancy! After-Sun Exposure: Diluting 1-2 cups of apple cider vinegar in a warm bath after excessive sun exposure – that may have yielded a sun burn – relieves symptoms and lessens the duration of a burn. Hair: Use apple cider vinegar as a shampoo/conditioner replacement. Combine 4-5 Tbsp. baking soda with 1 part apple cider vinegar and 1 part water for a clarifying and chemical-free shampoo. Rinse and then apply 1 cup apple cider vinegar as a conditioning rinse. If you have a difficult time with the smell in the shower, add essential oils to your mixes. Some of my favorites are citrus and lavender.
