What do you like to eat at night? Name foods.

I eat my supper early, then have a snack later on. If I eat too late, it lays on my chest and I don't sleep well. My snack is usually either cereal with milk, ice cream or hot chocolate. This is usually the only milk I get each day and for some reason, milk keeps me regular.
 

I prefer milk for the late night because milk help me to fall asleep.
Milk is full of calcium and other nutrients a human needs, especially young children.
You probably won't have bone issues in the future, and you'll have stronger teeth.
I think you should drink milk for the late night and before you go to bed.

I like to eat lemon tea and coffee at night because it make me fresh,actively and more energy.
I often take it every day night. I know it is not good for health but It make me feel good.
I sometimes eat snack also. After I took it, I brush my teeth. Then, I went to take a rest.

I love to drink milk shake or something in 7-11.
It is easy to find what you want to eat.
I always eat the ham cheese sandwich as well.
The last thing is soft drink like coca cola or oishi green tea
for making me fresh at night when I have to do homework.

I like to eat fruit such as banana or guava at night.
Actually I don't like to eat at night .It's harmful to my health. I instead eat fruit or drink juice.

For me, I always have dinner around 6-7 p.m.
I try to eat not too much food in night because after that time
I don't exercise to burn my energy. So the energy is accumulating in my body;
it causes of being fat.
I usually go to bed late and I am hungry again.
When I am hungry in the night I drink just pure water.
Because it's too late in the night for eating anything.
