What are negative sides about internet?

I just HATE VIRUSES.  

In my view, the internet has taken the humanity from the world of ignorance and darkness to the light and brightness. I think that the internet is very useful ; it helped us to be more aware to search informations,navigate,connecting with others people and knowing others cultures. Although it has a lot of positive things it also has negative. Particularly, It like all technologies there is good and bad. It's up to us to choose what we wanted. I've found a bad side; for example, waste time....

the Internet cuts out the social interactions of our lives.
With the Internet doing so many jobs for us, we have become lazy and non-social.
We often ask questions like why go shopping when the Internet can deliver the products
to your door or why go the library to research when you can do the same online.
We may lose out on being social, but we save a lot of time.

in my opinion,many people using the Internet in bad side for three reasons.
First,dangerous people use the Internet to entice someone.In the Internet we don’t know who they are,it is a cause of enticement.They chat to entice girls to rape and whoredom.Second,they use the Internet to publish about pornography multimedia.Moreover,they sell pornography VCDs on the Internet.Some people chat about this in camfrog video chat.Finally,many people use the Internet not in the right time.Some people play games too much,maybe they use the Internet while learning,it’s make bad result in many side.

I think there are many negative side about internet.
In the legal world, the Internet has created many problems for each country.
Many established legal systems have been caught off-guard by the rapid spread of the Internet.
Their systems are not catered to handle the complexity of how people and business make use of the Internet.
Examples would be the laws concerning the privacy and tax.
Companies could utilize on-line behaviors and surfing habits through automated spiders,
cookies or customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Users are tracked as they move from one web site to another and with each click of the mouse.
The use of on-line diary or blogging may allow one to express their emotions or opinions.

In my own view, There are certain cons and dangers relating to the use of Internet that can be summarized as: Personal Information: If you use the Internet, your personal information such as your name, address, etc. can be accessed by other people. If you use a credit card to shop online, then your credit card information can also be ‘stolen’ which could be akin to giving someone a blank check.
Pornography: This is a very serious issue concerning the Internet, especially when it comes to young children. There are thousands of pornographic sites on the Internet that can be easily found and can be a detriment to letting children use the Internet.
Spamming: This refers to sending unsolicited e-mails in bulk, which serve no purpose and unnecessarily clog up the entire system.

I think, there are more negative effects rather than the positive ones. for example, teenagers and some adults too use internet in a bad way. And especially teenagers are addicted to sites like facebook, orkut , twitter etc. Teenagers cannot concentrate on studies because of this. but , there are many positive effetcs too... like for example through facebook we can easily find our old friends or relatives and people from abroad. similarly skype is also a very good thing as we vpcan videochat with our friends or relatives far away from us.

There are a lot of disadvantages about internet.
For me, these are some disadvantages that I think of right now.
1 ) There is a lot of wrong information on the internet. Anyone can post anything, and much of it is garbage.
2 ) There are predators that hang out on the internet waiting to get unsuspecting people in dangerous situations.
3 ) Some people are getting addicted to the internet and thus causing problems with their interactions of friends and loved ones.
4 ) Pornography that can get in the hands of young children too easily.
5 ) Easy to waste a lot of time on the internet. You can start surfing, and then realize far more time has passed than you realized. Internet and television together of added to the more sedentary lifestyles of people which further exacerbates the obesity problem.
6 ) Internet has a lot of "cheater" sites. People can buy essays and pass them off as their own far more easily than they used to be able to do.
7 ) There are a lot of unscrupulous businesses that have sprung up on the internet to take advantage of people.
8 ) Hackers can create viruses that can get into your personal computer and ruin valuable data.
9 ) Hackers can use the internet for identity theft.
10 ) It can be quite depressing to be on the internet and realize just how uneducated so many people have become in today's society.

For example, internet reduced physical activity. There are a host of games that are available on the Internet and this has made most children to shun all outdoor activity. In the absence of physical activity, children can easily fall prey to a lot of lifestyle related diseases such as obesity, apart from failing to develop interpersonal skills. Apart from these factors, sitting continuously in front of a computer screen can seriously damage our eyes, and put a strain on our neck and shoulders. Children are in their developing years and these factors can create life-long problems for them.

Although Internet has so many benefits, it has a lot of negative effects. Internet can cause of no face to face communication since people prefer to talk with friends on Facebook instead of real people around their sides. Sometimes, they spend too much time on watching or doing nonsense through the internet that makes they waste their time. Another bad effect of internet is thinking capacity reduced. These days, when ever teacher give students assignments, they will often search it on the internet and copy it down. This can also makes students lazier.

For me, I think the major reason supporting for this issue is that effect of using internet/computer on health probems. People usually use the Internet and they spend more time on sitting computers. As a result, they can get eyes problems or pain back. In addition, with Internet addicts, they can get mental problems because of abusing using the Internet. In some countries, serisous cases caused by using computer for a long time has been happened. Another important reason is that Internet can bring the risk of insecurity. In the modern life, poeple tend to use many security programes to protect their information. It means that they must prepare for preventing unexpected trespass. However, they still are attacked by someone through internet security faults. Consequently, people can get personal troubles such as losing their control even or their important information is stolen.

In my opinion, the computer makes me addicted a lot.
I always surf the internet for a long time ,so I lost the time for reading academic book when is sometimes during the exam.
It sometimes makes me irritated when I see a bad comment on social network.
And I remember some information from the internet, It 's not always be true but I remembered it and told my friends wrong.
