1. Cosmetic surgery can alleviate mental illnesses.
2. People have freedom of expression. If they want to improve their body or face more perfectly.
It's their business. We all have a freedom to plan our better life.
3. Wealthy people need to spend their money some how. I think maybe they want it to stop theit aging.
4. If the person had a car crash or was burned in fire, they might have a cosmetic surgery to improve their appearance.
If not I think may they can't survive in this world.

There are some good effect of surgery:
- Can help you look beautiful and younger.
- Can change your appearance.
- Can help you to the way that you want.

And there are some bad things of surgery:

I think everything has its advantage and disadvantage.
I honestly think its their choice, their body,they can do whatever they want,
but it is a shame for them that they cannot see that they are already beautiful.

For the good part; if we has scars and wrinkles on our face or body,
cosmetic surgery can help us to look better and we will be more confident.
Cosmetic surgery helps us to be beautiful like we wish to be.
For the bad part; we aren't sure about the bad effect that will happen to us in the future.
