How can teacher manage classroom effectively?

I think, teacher should make class relaxing. Teachers should find ways to relax before class so that teachers don't feel anxious. Never attempt to prepare a lesson in the morning, right before class. Always have a water bottle handy. Always have an extra activity on hand in case something doesn't go as teachers expect it to. Teachers should create a participation grade; make homework and attendance count by doing regular checks and making it part of their final grade. Giving a daily exam tip also encourages attendance.

There are many techniques provided for teacher to manage classroom.
However, it depends on the situation or condition of the classroom.
For example, If there are 2 students chatting to each other while the others are studying intentionally ,
i will separate them away from each other.
However , this might be not effective for every class. In other word, one technique may cause different results.
So that is the reason why should study more about the ways to manage classroom effectively.

-Focus on students. Make sure that you have the attention of everyone in your classroom
before you start your lesson. Don’t attempt to teach over the chatter of students
who are not paying attention.

Students enjoy an entertain environment. Study centers with pictures
and color invite enthusiasm for your subject.

not only teaching skill but also good doing to student.
I think the best teacher is the one who always devotes oneself to what the students want.
