What are advantages and disadvantages in city life?

I think city life has both side,good and bad.
The main advantage of it is getting every thing very easy.
You can go every where by high technology of transportation.
You can find food very easy.
The places to go are a lot.
But....
The city life always makes people miss something.
The people will be so hurry to get what they.
They will fight for the best, it leads to the competition.
The poor quality life is hided in some little point.
So I don't it's up to the people what are they prefer. ^^

There were several advantages and disadvantages of city life in the 1800's. For one thing cities were often crowded and dirty. There were many people living in one area which made for a lot of people getting sick. However some advantages of this lifestyle were the opportunities. People living in the city had more opportunity to find work and also had more opportunity to go to school as they were not expected to work on the farms. They also had an easier way of getting anything they needed whether it was food or supplies.
       Cities are more congested than the suburbs or the country. Residents may be forced to live in tight quarters near noisy or inconsiderate neighbors. Congestion can result in more pollution and difficulty in getting from one place to another in a timely fashion.
        -Cities are a hub for industrialization. There are more factories and businesses, making the areas more polluted. Additionally, the increased population in cities makes the ground more likely to be marred by litter and heavy use.

There are many advantage of city life. First of all is easy access to shopping, different kinds of restaurants, and cultural events. Plenty of people to choose from in finding friends. Usually good hospitals/medical care. Travel is easier - airports, trains, etc. Laws usually control things like loose dogs and prohibit inappropriate land use, such as a factory in a residential area. More kinds of jobs available. Better access to universities. You may not need a car. There is usually more tolerance of individual eccentricities. For disadvantages are: crowding - people wherever you go, so it's hard to be by yourself. Your neighbors may be able to hear everything you say or do. Noise levels can be very unpleasant. More air pollution than outside city. Often higher crime rates and poor schools, although many rural and suburban schools aren't that hot, either. Costs more for less land, and the taxes are higher.

Living in the city is both good and bad.
For the good side, it's convenient for us because there're many food shops
and supermarkets open all day and night.
There're places for study; university, schools and library.
Many places for activities is also in the city.
For example, fitness center, gymnasium and movie theater.


For the bad side, there're many people living in the city.
The city is crowded with people and their cars or motorcycles.
Many cars and motorcycles cause many accident in the city.
It means living in the city isn't safe for us.
We have to be careful very much.
Living in the city also causes the pollution.
There're dust and smoke that bad for our health.

Advantages : in a big city, people can have the best chances to work as well as can enjoy
the best service and entertaiment. In a big city, people can take the chaces to study and work best.

    Disadvatages : living in a big city makes them tired with noise and dash.
They like the slow pace of life in a countryside.

The advantages in being in a city are comforatable for your life.
If it's really city,you can go shopping and buy anything you want. 
There are many thing for you such ac special promotion,sales or discount for brand name.

The advantages are;
- the traffic is developed so you can travel faster and easier.
- it is easier to get food.
- better technology.

- all kinds of entertainments such as nightclub, theatre, etc.
The disadvantages are;

- crime
- trash pollution
- higher taxes
- people are not so friendly

There are many advantages living in a city. Living in a city is very convenient.   
- There are many important things for life such as cloths, furniture and health care here. There are better choices because there are more shops. We can also choose an expensive or cheap things that suit to our budget.
- Living in a city can makes chances of getting a proper education because we can go to a better school, colleges or universities. Most of the good and famous universities are situated in big cities.
- Its is also easier to find chances of getting a good job and of course a good salary if you choose to live in a big city. A big city has more opportunity to find job with good salary as there are many companies, corporations and businesses. The facilities are also good.
- During emergency, we do not have to be transferred to other hospital as we need only short time to get to the hospital.
- Living in city, we can enjoy the best entertainment. There are many entertainment for our family. Furthermore, we can also enjoy many kinds of food as there are many restaurants in city.
- The public transportation in city are always better than the one that we have in the rural area. We can choose transport like buses, LRT or monorail which the rural area does not have. These will reduce our expenses.

Living in the city has both advantages and disadvantages. On the plus side it is often easier to find work, and there is usually a choice of public transport, so you don''t need to own a car. Also, there are a lot of interesting things to do and places to see. For example, you can eat in good restaurants, visit museums, and go to the theater and to concerts. What is more, when you want to relax, you can usually find a park where you can feed the ducks or just sit on a park bench and read a book. All in all ,city life is full of bustle and variety and you never feel bored.
However, for every plus there is a minus. For one thing, you might have a job, but unless it is very well-paid, you will not be able to afford many of the things that there are to do, because living in a city is often very expensive. It is particularly difficult to find good, cheap accommodation. What is more, public transport is sometimes crowded and dirty, particularly in the rush hour, and even the parks can become very crowded, especially on Sundays when it seems that every city-dweller is looking for some open space and green grass. Last of all despite all the crowds, it possible to feel very lonely in a city. In conclusion, I think that city life can be particular appealing to young people, who like the excitement of the city and don''t mind the noise and pollution. However, many people, when they get older, and particularly when they have young children, often prefer the peace and fresh air of the countryside.

In some cases, city dwellers might not even own an automobile, as they can get to most destinations by using public transportation or on foot. Some cities provide pedestrian paths that enable walkers and bicyclists to get around safely.Cities also present more opportunities for people who enjoy cultural activities. For example, New York City is known for its abundance of museums, art galleries, theaters and fine restaurants. Residents can also experience the unique cultures of the different ethnic groups and nationalities that often make up a large portion of a city's population.
