| I am the one who quite love to eat some kind of vegetables.
Since I was young, my parents told me that eating vegetables is good for our health.
So, I try to eat and like it from then!
My mom said that vegetables are...... - help about digestion. - take care of our skin. - some kind can effect to your eyes. etc.

| Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including fiber and vitamins A, E and C. such as broccoli, spinach, tomatoes and garlic provide additional benefits! People who eat vegetables will gain vitamin c. And you also get good health, reduce disease.

| I known that vegetables are very good for our health. Vegetables have abundant levels of antioxidants that prevent the growth of cancerous cells. Dark green vegetables have lots of phenolic flavonoid antioxidants and minerals. These vitamins and minerals are essential for the proper functioning of your body. Deficiencies of these vitamins and minerals can lead to serious deficiencies of your bones, teeth and vital organs. Moreover, antioxidants boost the body’s immunity and keeps from developing infections and diseases. Leafy green vegetables have a bioflavonoid known as ‘Quercetin’.

| Vegetables are very micro nutrient dense so even small caloric contributions from them help meet nutritional requirements.
If there is only one truism I can think of it is this:
"Calories from deficient diets are not efficiently used by the body".
So meeting nutritional requirements using whatever foods necessary helps with the idea of energy balance.
I'm sure some people will be able to get by with less vegetables (depending on what other foods they eat and where their metabolism is on the population bell curve) but in general veggies for the average guy with average metabolism are a good idea.
In fact, the new food pyramid for 2005 doubled recommended servings of veggies over the old pyramid. Usually the scientists that make up these dietary guidelines are real conservative and are very slow to make changes unless the data is convincing. | |

| From my point of view, How is important of eating vegetable? I think that If we eat a lot, we'll get the best nutrition into our body so it makes our body look like firm and good picture of healthy. Therefore we have to gain lots of vegetable. On the other hand, our body will be burnt from the Bad Fat as a result we must be strong and well-built. According, from this quote; you are what you eat; the more you eat vegetable, the easier you get a good health.

| Vegetables are very high in nurtients. We consume tons of vitamins and minerals when we eat vegetables and fruits as well. Some nutrients can protect the body from certain diseases. A lot of these nutrients are found in vegetables. Dark green vegetables tend to have some nutrients in them. We should eat vegetables as much as you can. It is good for your health. All part in your body need nutrients from vegetables to cure yourself.

| The fiber coming from many vegetables helps to fill us up without the filling us out. Also, we want to see a plate that’s full and when it’s filled with unhealthy choices, the calories add up quickly. Adding bulk to our plate in the form of a salad, cooked vegetables and more gives us the satisfaction of having more and feeling satisfied without the downside of eating too much of foods that don’t provide us with the nutrients we need.

| Vegetables are the real healthy food.^^ I love to eat them so much. Vegetables are very important for our body. Today I have an information about how important of vegetable to share with you all. They are....... 1) Nutrition: Vegetables are rich and comparatively cheaper source of vitamins. Consumption of these items provides taste, palatability, increases appetite and provides fiber for digestion and to prevent constipation. Their consumption in plenty fair amount of protein. They also play key role in neutralizing the acids produced during digestion of pretentious and fatty foods and also provide valuable roughages which help in movement of food in intestine. Some of the vegetables are good sources of carbohydrates (leguminous vegetables, sweet potato, potato, onion, garlic and methi) proteins (peas, beams, leafy vegetables and garlic) vitamin A (carrot, tomato, drumstick, leafy vegetables), Vitamin B (peas, garlic and tomato), Vitamin C (green chillies, drumstick leaves, Cole crops, leafy vegetables and leaves of radish) minerals (leafy vegetables, drumstick pods). As per dietician, daily requirement of vegetables is 75 - 125 g of green leafy vegetables, 85 g of other vegetables and 85 g of roots and tubers with other food. 2) Importance as Food: Food production is increasing. If is essential to sustain increased production besides nutritional standard of people. It can be increased by increasing production of vegetables which will help to solve food problem as yield of vegetable crops is 4 to 10 times more than cereals. Thus, vegetables play a vital role on food front as they are cheapest-sources of natural foods and can admirably supplement the main cereals of the country. 3) Importance to a grower: Nature is in providing us-with all kinds of vegetable crops that can be grown in different seasons of the year in region.
