| I want to share other fruits that has high vitomin C, they are strawberry and pineapple, my favorite fruits. Strawberry is one of healthy fruits. One cup of strawberries (147 grams) has 85 milligrams of vitamin C. Strawberry not only has high vitamin C, but it also has high fiber and the antioxidants. Pineapple also contains high vitamin C. One cup serving of pineapple has 79 milligrams of vitamin C level.

| Grapefruit is one of the best fruit sources of vitamin C, with about 88 milligrams of the good stuff. And, because this important vitamin is water soluble, it is important to get it from food (or drink) daily. Water soluble vitamins don't stick around very long in our bodies. The body absorbs what it needs at the time, and the rest is washed away in your urine. (Fat soluble vitamins last much longer.)
