| Health is very crucial for us. We have to take care of ourselves. So I'll give you ways to keep you healthy. 1. Maintain healthy eating habits. Avoid fad diets like the plague; to get all the nutrition the human body needs, eat carbs, protein, and fat at every meal. By doing so, you'll have a healthy heart, healthy brain, and a fully functional immune system. Eating highly varied foods will also help insure you get all the vitamins, minerals, oils, and enzymes your body craves. 2. Sleep well every night. Adults should get 7 to 9 hours daily, whereas school-aged children should get 10 to 11. One of the absolute most important ways of improving the quality of your sleep is to do it in complete darkness, as even small amounts of light interfere with the chemicals that tell your body to rest. If you can’t eliminate the light in your room, wear an eye mask. Another one of the best ways to improve your sleep is to exercise. 3.Stick to an exercise regimen. If you don’t want to pay for a gym membership, try strength-training at home. The muscle you develop will help increase your metabolism: the bodies of muscular people burn more calories even while they’re at rest.[11] To keep your heart in shape, do cardio. One particularly effective way to improve your cardiovascular health is to do interval training, which means alternating between low- and high-intensity activity. | I believe that people who are healthy are very lucky. These are some suggest from me to be healthy. 1) Make yourself feel comfortable and happy. When your heart is good then you body would be good. 2) Try to get up early in the morning to get fresh air. 3) Get enough sleep. 4) Drink a lot of pure water and avoid caffeine-drink. 5) Go to bed early. 6)Avoid junk food. 7) Work out at least 3 days a week. | These are my ways to keep myself healthy : 1. Wake up early and go for a jog before work. Don't bring an iPod along, instead, look around and admire the sunrise. Choose a different place to jog every day, like at the beach on Sundays, the park on Mondays, and so on. Take in the refreshing air and use this time to clear my thoughts and relax before heading to the office. 2. Enjoy a nutritious breakfast. Oatmeal, cereal, a slice of whole-wheat toast, fresh fruit, and yogurt are all healthy choices. Counteract my daily Starbucks fix by drinking orange juice, skim milk, water, and plain brewed coffee. 3. No fizzy drinks at any time. Then what to drink? Something that will increase my metabolism and also doesn't increase my calories...Green Tea to my rescue. The flavor is up to me. It can be mint, lemon, orange, cinnamon or anything of my choice. 4. Drink lots of water and stay away from smoking 5.
