How can you better your writing skill?

There are a few tricks that you can follow to improve your writing. Before I start with sharing those tricks, one must know that there is no quick short cut way to improve your writing skills. These are my tricks to better my writing
1. Read About Writing: As many others already said that a good readers is a good writer. If you want to improve your writing skills then first you need to read about it. Read books, blogs, magazines, newspapers because reading will not only improve your writing but will also give you some facts which you can use in your writing. Try to read something that you can put into practice and straight away.
2. Write Everyday: You need to write everyday in order to improve your writing skills because the more you write, the easier your writing will become.
3. Recheck and edit your writing: Always recheck your post after finishing it instead of just clicking on publish button because rechecking and editing your finished post will make a huge difference in your post and by editing your post you will be spot more mistakes in your writing.
4. Use Compelling headlines: You need to write strong headlines in order to get your audience to read your article.
5. Be concise and be clear. You’ve heard this one a million times. Tight, concise, easy-to-read pieces are heaven for readers. Long, complex, convoluted ones are just confusing. Very often, the longer you write, the less you hold a reader’s interest. If you can’t say it simply in just a few words, then you’ve lost readers. Write short, write lean, and write clearly, so you don’t have to waste words explaining what you’ve just written.

Writing techniques are different by each person. So there are many ways to better in English writing. Comment on your favorite blog posts. Challenge yourself to write in-depth comments instead of the familiar, "Great post!" or, "Thanks for sharing this brilliant information." Such vapid comments do not add to the conversation, nor do they improve your writing skills. Here's a tip: If you want to get noticed by the blog owner and taken seriously, write a decent comment. Rewrite newspaper and magazine articles.
Choose your favorite newspaper or magazine, and rewrite a couple of the articles. Challenge yourself to write a stronger headline and copy. Participate in writing prompts.
Writer's Digest, Creative Copy Challenge, and other writing resources provide writing exercises and prompts. These are good ways to improve your writing and to test story ideas. Rewrite your blog posts. If you have a blog, go back a couple of years and find a few blog posts to rewrite and repurpose. You may be surprised how much your writing has improved over time.

In my opinion, writing is the hardest skill. So i try to improve it by these ways.
The first one is Read, you’ll never truly understand what effective
and correct writing looks like without reading often!!
Remember ! If you don't have time to read, you don't have time to write.
The next one is keep it short !. People actually read longer lines faster.
But fast reading isn’t necessarily what you want them to be doing.
If you want to be clear in your writing , you should write it by your old word.
I'm sure If you follow these way, you can improve your writing skill soon.

Sometime it happens that a writer writes without understanding the topic.
When you are given a keyword, make sure that you have researched it well
and is clear about the whole concept.
This will make your task easier.
Avoid using long sentences.
It is better to use short sentences for emphasizing ideas.
Long sentences make a writing sound boring or wearisome.
Use active verbs as much as possible.
No need to overwork the passive voice.
Your writing will have less error if you make use of active verbs in the active voice.
After you are complete with your writing, revise the whole thing.
When revising, eliminate unnecessary words.
It is a fact that many articles are declined for silly reasons
and because of a failure to revise it.
Proofreading helps one find out silly mistakes for which an article gets rejected.
Read your piece of writing loudly and make sure that it sounds good.

I have excellent method of how to develop good writing skills in English would be to utilize the “buddy system” as much as possible. Ideally, taking English language classes with a friend or co-worker who I can ask and familiar with when class is not in session is an excellent way to develop good writing skills in English. With this method, ideas can be bounced off of each other and writing mistakes analyzed in a group setting. Then, during class, questions and concerns can be approached from a more learned, powerful place and ask a teacher if we don't understand. Finally,the more we read,the more we write well. So, we should always read and try to write it.

For me I think practice writing in English daily can improve writing skill.

The importance of writing daily is that you start to create a new habit. Writing every day in English will soon become natural and something you look forward to.

You will not see a significant improvement if you are not dedicated to becoming a better writer in English.

You cannot create awesome stories and papers if you never try.

"Practice makes perfect" is a good method for me.
To develop my writing skill, I read the process of writing and try to understand by myself.
I will write in English paragraph and practice more and more.
If I don't understand how to write it, I will ask my friend to teach me.
If I'm shy to ask them, I will never have a good skill.

Writing is an important form of communication. Good writers use different writing techniques to fit their purposes for writing. To be a good writer. You will become more aware of the world around you—both the real world, and the worlds that exist only in your mind's eye, thanks to the author's gifts.

Writing skill is so challenge for me. I'm not good at writing at all because I'm not good in reading!
Writing seems like the last step of developed English skill. So that, how to better on writing is being a good reader at first.
Yes, I knew that. And now, I often try to keep on all my books that I already had, bought or received from the other.
For instace, the inpired books, the motto to improve life, novel and text-books.
Those can help me improve on my writing skill...

I can write better after I have written for many times.
For one writing, I write it more than three times until I think it's completed.
When I write, first, I write what I think without afraid of grammartical mistakes.
Second, I read all my writing. Thrid, I correct and add some vocabularies and check grammar.
For the vocabulary or grammar that I don't know how to use, I will check it by reading books.
This process takes long time. As stated above is just for one writing.
To improve my writing I aslo write in many styles, such as, narrative and descriptive.
I don't have any techniques for writing.
I just notice that if I check and write it for amny times, I can write better.
