1.Work your body out. Targeted exercise goes a long way toward freeing your body of stress hormones. Carve out time during your busy day to exercise, because it keeps you healthy and is a natural outlet for your stress. You should notice the difference.
Exercise a little every day. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins, which can lower stress levels. Endorphins trigger a powerful feeling in your body not dissimilar to the effects of morphine. The only difference is that when you exercise, you're doing your body (and your stress levels) good.
2. Get enough sleep. Give your body the sleep it wants, and your stress levels will take a nosedive. Sleep is a mechanism by which your body recuperates and restores its energy reserves. If you're not getting enough sleep, your body needs to use stress to keep you active and alert in the absence of stored energy.
Most adults need at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Young children and older adults need more, about 9-10 hours of sleep per night.
3. Eat properly. Your body needs to be healthy, happy and properly fueled to help you tackle stress. Like it or not, stress is a bodily reaction to anything that disturbs its natural state, meaning that your body can have a profound effect on producing and relieving stress.
4. Learn to relax. Relaxing your body, by whatever natural means, is a great way to reduce stress. Don't expect your stress to immediately dissipate; it can take time. In most cases, try not to fixate on the stress itself while you're relaxing. Think of something placid and tranquil, or think of nothing in particular. Let your body tell your mind that everything is okay.

1. I will listen to music. I think music can make you relax.
2. I will play guitar. You will forget everything that make you stress.
3. I will stay with my friends. It will be so much fun.
4. Sleep is the best way. ^^

For me, it is very good idea.
I think that everyone has found trouble experience.
You should think that it is going to get through.
We have not always found the trouble or happiness forever.
Everyone may have whether trouble or happiness up to
your thinking.

The best relaxation technique to handle wit stressful is meditation.
Buddha Meditating can improve concentration and help us think intelligently under stressful conditions when it can matter most.
MRI scans of people who have meditated for a long time have shown greater activity in brain circuits involved in paying attention. When disturbing noises were played to a group of mediators undergoing an MRI scan, they had relatively little effect on the brain areas involved in emotion and decision-making as compared to non-mediators or less experienced mediators.

Stress is just like waves, going up and down on its own. It appears when we face something absolutely different from our expectations. Anything that can raise mental or physical conflicts may lead to stress. We come across stress everyday, everywhere and every time. There’s no way to escape it and what really works is that how you deal with it, leave it alone or sort it out immediately. Most stresses are beyond our control, but still there’re some which can be prevented in advance. Just for many of them are unpredictable, we have to learn to control these negative stress. Firstly you should know that you are not the only one suffering from those problems. Actually those problems, including stress, anxiety and depression, are confusing most people, especially these students in college. In face of stress, a large number of them show anger, frustration, and apathy.

Stress is the most powerful enemy of me. So I have to looking for the way to deal with them. Today I bring the great way to deal with stress to share with you. ^^

1. Figure out where the stress is coming from.

Oftentimes, when we’re stressed, it seems like a big mess with stressors appearing from every angle. We start to feel like we’re playing a game of dodge ball, ducking and darting so we don’t get smacked by a barrage of balls. We take a defensive position, and not a good one at that.

Instead of feeling like you’re flailing day to day, identify what you’re actually stressed about. Is it a specific project at work, an upcoming exam, a dispute with your boss, a heap of laundry, a fight with your family?

By getting specific and pinpointing the stressors in your life, you’re one step closer to getting organized and taking action.


2. Consider what you can control—and work on that.

While you can’t control what your boss does, what your in-laws say or the sour state of the economy, you can control how you react, how you accomplish work, how you spend your time and what you spend your money on.

The worst thing for stress is trying to take control over uncontrollable things. Because when you inevitably fail — since it’s beyond your control — you only get more stressed out and feel helpless. So after you’ve thought through what’s stressing you out, identify the stressors that you can control, and determine the best ways to take action.

Take the example of a work project. If the scope is stressing you out, talk it over with your supervisor or break the project down into step-wise tasks and deadlines.

Stress can be paralyzing. Doing what’s within your power moves you forward and is empowering and invigorating.

3. Do what you love.

It’s so much easier to manage pockets of stress when the rest of your life is filled with activities you love. Even if your job is stress central, you can find one hobby or two that enrich your world. What are you passionate about? If you’re not sure, experiment with a variety of activities to find something that’s especially meaningful and fulfilling.

4. Manage your time well.

One of the biggest stressors for many people is lack of time. Their to-do list expands, while time flies. How often have you wished for more hours in the day or heard others lament their lack of time? But you’ve got more time than you think, as Laura Vanderkam writes in her aptly titled book, 168 Hours: You Have More Time Than You Think.

We all have the same 168 hours, and yet there are plenty of people who are dedicated parents and full-time employees and who get at least seven hours of sleep a night and lead fulfilling lives.

Here are Vanderkam’s seven steps to help you check off your to-do list and find time for the things you truly enjoy.

5. Create a toolbox of techniques.

One stress-shrinking strategy won’t work for all your problems. For instance, while deep breathing is helpful when you’re stuck in traffic or hanging at home, it might not rescue you during a business meeting.

Making time for fun and relaxation helps you reducing stress in your life by nurturing yourself. If you regularly make time for fun and relaxation, you’ll be in a better place to handle life’s stress. Here are some of my healthy ways to relax and recharge from stress
- go for a walk.
- spend time in nature.
- call a good friend or family.
- write in your journal.
- take a long bath.
- light scented candles.
- play with a pet.
- get a massage.
- curl up with a good book.
- listen to music.
- watch a comedy or animated movies.

Stress is a natural part of life and I used to dealing with it,
by execising, relaxing with a good book, socializing with my friends,
anything just to turn the stress into productive energy.
And i think it is very important to remember that stress effects everyone
and it is inevitable that sometimes people are going to have bad days.
That is why I try to give people the benefit of doubt when they seem to have a short fuse.
What i do personally is try to control my response to a situation.
Yes you cant necessarily control what happens to you but you can control your response.
What I am trying to do is try to lengthen between the stressful situation
and my response so that i can identify what is the cause and do something what I can do about it.

If you feel that stress is affecting your studies,
a first option is to seek help through your educational counseling center.
Remove yourself from the stressful situation.
Give yourself a break if only for a few moments daily
