Yes,I couldn't agree more.
Because, everything is base on ourself.
Time is just one component that it always tell us;)
what time it is. And our duty is bringing time to manage
our timetable life. We should realize that what time should do or not.
Don't blame time or environment or other people around you,
please stayed focus on yourself.

Yes, I do.    
In my idea, time does not change us, It  just unfolds us
because time is the circle life of us, It is very important for us.
We can plan for do everything by used time.
Time does not change us but we can change time for us.
I mean we can manage time for do everything in life by ourselves.
