When I feel hungry, I will eat apple that can make me full. Yes, I do. I really love eating apples because apples are filled with soluble fiber. An apple won’t replace your toothbrush, but biting and chewing an apple stimulates the production of saliva in your mouth, reducing tooth decay by lowering the levels of bacteria. Drinking apple juice could keep Alzheimer’s away and fight the effects of aging on the brain. Mice in the study that were fed an apple-enhanced diet showed higher levels of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and did better in maze tests than those on a regular diet. The soluble fibre found in apples binds with fats in the intestine, which translates into lower cholesterol levels and a healthier you.

I used to like apple but now I don't.
When I was young I love to eat fruit.
Apple was my favorite.
Now I seldom eat fruit and I eat vegetable instead.
Anyway apple is good for our health, I should have it.

I like to eat apple especially green apple because it has a lot of benefits more than red apple.
The benefits of green apple are
- It contains a lot of fiber, which helps clean the system and increases metabolism.
- This is a great food when it comes to weight watchers.
- It contains Vitamin C which helps in preventing damage against skin cells by free radicals
and thus reduces the chances of skin cancer.

Yes, I like to eat apple especially when I eat some spicy food.
My mom usually give me after the spicy meal, she said that it helped me feel better.
