What are the problem of your learning English?

I am one of a persons that I have the problem to learning English. I have many problems to learning English but the main problem is
I do not have more confidence to learning English such as speaking ;when I learning how to speaking English, I am very shy to speak it out. Because I am worry that if I speak it out. Maybe It make many people do not understand what I say or confused . How can I make more confidence  to leanrning English ?

I think the main problem of learning English is shyness and fear. 
Whenever you shy of something; you cannot do it well.
If you shy to speak it out,you never speak fluently.
You have to try; If you weak at writing; practice more and more.
Try to do it best; you will success.

My main problem to learn English for me is the inspiration to learn.
I've found that I like to do or study something seriously when I have an inspiration to do
so that after I lose an inspiration to do something , I will stop doing it immediately.
Moreover, I still think that English language is only the tool for making me great in the future
when I will be an English teacher so that it is not what I really want to know.
Now, I might be confused with my path that I've chosen to study English language.
