what do you do when you get sick?

When I get sick, but my best medicines of all are garlic, lemon and onions. I know I'm weird for doing this, but I actually eat them directly without anything else. I just eat one onion like an apple and have the garlic with the lemon juice together (smashed or blended; a recipe my grandma taught me. She's of in can descent and I drink a lot of fluids, especially orange juice. I try to replace what my body has lost depending on what sickness I have. Normally I take a lot of vitamin C and garlic and I sleep if possible. If I eat then it's something like mush or rice gruel, no sugar filled desserts. Sleep...sleep and sleep. It gives your body energy to fight off the disease. Are you feeling sick? If you are I hope you feel better.

First of all, I take a medicine and try to sleep as much as I can.
Sleeping may help you better because whenever we sick because of lack of sleeping.
If I still fell bad, I will go to see the doctor.

When I get sick, I would eat some food and then take some medicine. If I have time during the day, I would take a rest by sleeping. When I get high temperature, I would rub my body with wet cloth to reduce the fever. If it not get better, I would go to see the doctor.

Whenever I get sick like flu, I will take a rest as long as I can sleep and drink plenty glasses of water as many as I can because I think these are the good ways to get better quickly.
Most people may suggest that I should take some tablets of aspirin or go to see the doctor, but I haven't take any aspirins for a long time since I have been told that the aspirin didn't get rid of the flu but it just makes the body not feel of suffering from being sick.
However, Having enough exercise, well sleeping and eating good food remain your body to be always healthy.

If I don't get better, I will go to see the doctor at the center health care at the old campus it's close to my dorm so i can get there easily.
If you are getting terrible, you can see the doctor here and then you will pay for the fee just only 30 baht for disease.
The other thing you can do is that taking care of yourself like you gave to get enough sleep and usually do the exercise. you won't get any sick.
If you don't feel not well. please consider that your body will be weak so you have to go to sleep for taking a rest and then you will be fine.

For me, Stay in bed and keep calm and quiet. Use the strength your body has to fight the illness, rather than waste it trying to do laundry or go to work when you're sick. Next, drink lots of fluids. You need to stay hydrated in order for your body to fight off sickness and infections. Even if your stomach is upset, drink small amounts of fluids all day long. Try sports drinks if water makes you sick to your stomach. Next, take frequent naps. Sleep is the best way for your body to heal. Turn off the television and turn off the telephone. You'll feel better after a nap.
