What are benefits of using music in classroom?

Music stabilizes mental, physical and emotional rhythms to attain a state of deep concentration and focus in which large amounts of content information can be processed and learned. Music can improves concentration, improves memory, brings a sense of community to a group, motivates learning, relaxes people who are overwhelmed or stressed, makes learning fun and help students absorb material. There are a variety of different ways to use music in the classroom. Some teachers prefer to use background music and others use music lyrics as the basis of a lesson. Music can be used to introduce a new theme or topic ,teach and build vocabulary and idioms.

The beneficial of using music in classroom is that it can help the students more active to learn and make them feel like The classroom is lively and unwind.
So the students possibly pay more better attention to a teacher and they will be keen to learn and do activities.
Some of activities have to use the students' body in order to participate so they can dance and sing along the music. I surely think that our students will be extremely happy and with the music.
Moreover, The music will enhance students to learn the words and vacabs from this. There are a few grammar in the song, idiom , slang or spoken language like we are Killing two birds in one stone!!!!!!!!

Music can be an interesting alternative for language teachers. It can be used either before a lesson or during a lesson and motivated students in learning any new lessons. I heard that if we both teach and use music to help in our teaching it will make the students understand well because one of the brain's side(I'm not sure which side is) is a creative part so that if we add music as an assistant tool for teaching it must be useful to help the student remember more about the lesson.
