What kind of shampoo/conditioner do you usually use?

I have black hair and I never have got anything done to it (highlights) but a couple weeks I cut it.
Not too special so I usually use shampoo/conditioner of Pantene but sometimes,
I will change to use the natural goods with honey, avocado and lime ,... etc.

My hair is long, very fine (doesn't hold curl without a can of hairspray), but there is a lot of hair. I don't wash every day, more like every 3 days. I also use a leave in conditioning cream. But as far as shampoo and conditioner, I am completely clueless!!

I have super-fine long hair too, and a lot of it! I use Sebastin Full Body. This is the only sham/cond that I have found that truly does give your hair body.

Dont ever use cheap shampoo including Pantee pro-v. It contains plastics which coat your hair to "protect" it and end up doing more damage.

Yes, I often use rejoys brand because it can protect my hair.
It's appropriate long hair.

For shampoo, I usually use Pantene and Head and Shoulder.
For conditioner, I always use Dove.

I use Loreal both shampoo and conditioner.
It is good because it makes my hair sleek and shiny.
I sometimes use conditioner after I have cleaned with shampoo.
I think if I use conditioner regulary, my hair will be very sleek.
Next month, I may change brand in order not to accumulate chemical substances in this brand any more as my friend's suggestion.

I LOVE dove.It makes my hair sooo smooth and is dose not wash out al the natural minerals
that you need to make your hair nice, other shapooos dont have that.
