| Well, I can keep being fit by using my tactics: - I drink a lot of water instead of drinking the carbonate beverages. It's not good for my health. - I eat more vegetable in various. It makes more health skin and it doesn't have fat itself. -Exercise is the most vital for you to do, you should have an exercise at least 4 ts. a week so your body will burn a ton of Calories in inside the body Don't waste the time any more Just follow my advice I hope you can be very slim and be a picture of heath. | |

| I try to stay fit by exercises and drink lots of water. I like doing yoga, biking and swimming. I try to avoid sweets, cake and any drink that contains alcohol or high sugar.

| These are my ways to kelp being fit - avoid some snacks and beverages. - exercise 2-3 times per week. - eat some healthy foods. - get enough sleep. Etc.

| You should eat healthfully food. Get as many fresh fruits, vegetables,and whole grains into your diet as possible and make them the main part of your overall diet. Include lean sources of protein such as poultry, fish, tofu and beans. Eat balanced meals and do not overeat. Stop eating before you become completely full and give yourself a chance to digest your food. Snack on whole foods such as fruit, vegetables and nuts. | You can eat whatever you want before 6 p.m. After that, you should not eat anything at all. And you should go to bed early, if not you will be hungry. then you will look for something to eat, you will be fat.

| We should eat a lot of fruit and vegetable to make your excretory system work effectively. Exercise is important for keep being fit because it can burn out your fat and excess energy. We should do exercise at least 3 times a week and in each time more than 30 minutes/time.
