-Call up a friend to talk about why you're feeling sad. Do this to get something off your chest, or to get your mind off it. The simple act of talking can make a surprising difference if it's with the right person.
-Watch a funny movie, preferably one that you've already seen and liked. You'll remember that time that you were happy watching it, and the familiarity will feel comforting.
-Eat a good meal. Make something different and delicious, something out of the ordinary. Chew slowly, smell the food, and savor every last bite. Be thankful that you even have food to eat. According to one source, about 25,000 people will die on any given day due to hunger or related illness.
-Exercise. Go for a walk, a jog, or a bike ride. Play a team sport. Do anything that gets you up and sweating. Exercising will make your body release endorphins, a chemical that lifts your mood and lessens your feeling of pain.
-Think about good memories. If you've lived through them once, you can definitely have them again. That's the beautiful thing about memories. Just because things may seem bad right now doesn't mean that they'll be that way tomorrow.
-Take a shower or a bath. You'll be amazed at how much of a lift taking a shower can give you.
If you're feeling in the mood for a bath, try putting some Epsom salts in the bath. Epsom salts are reputed to trigger the release of endorphins, those magical chemicals that are responsible for feelings of well-being.
-Get out of the house. The fresh air will be invigorating. Go somewhere with a friend, a family member, or even by yourself. See a movie, shop, go on a picnic, etc. Staying inside can feel like trapping yourself inside the prison of your depression. Don't give yourself an excuse to feel bad.
-Listen to music. Resist the temptation to go for the sad music; try listening to energetic, jumpy, soulful, or happy tunes, along with numbers that inspire you or remind you of good times. Music can be and is used as a very effective therapy.

When I get sad, I like to go out with friends. Sometimes, I really like to relax by listening to music.
I would like to scream for let all my stress out. I think reading book is one of a good way to avoid sad.
I will writing all my feeling in my diary, it is a good way also. Sad feeling is not being with me long.
If I can manage my thinking, I will know how to be happy without sad. This feeling just come for a moment.
Even though, I am alone, but I will be happy and having fun with myself.
Everyone have their own thinking, but it depend on their thinking that how they let sad feeling.
I like to call to my mom, my grandma to talking with them. I feel very happy when I hear their voice.
They will never make me sad, just give me encourage. I love them so much.

When I feeling sad I will go to find someone to talk to me, most of the time was Fon haha. And I always read some fuuny books or watching funny videos. I love watching Shane Dawnson on Youtube, he is very funny! his video can reduce my sadness. I love eating too! I think eating some sweet can reduce the sadness, so I always eat cake when I'm sad. Ahhh I miss blueberry milk cake now!

Listen to music. Resist the temptation to go for the sad music; try listening to energetic, jumpy, soulful, or happy tunes, along with numbers that inspire you or remind you of good times. Music can be and is used as a very effective therapy.
Have a good cry. Sometimes the sadness stays no matter how hard you force yourself to be happy. Try to let the tears out when you feel like it, and you might feel more relieved of your sad feelings, as if you got them "off your chest". Studies suggest that a majority of people who cry feel better than they did before.

When I feel upset or sad I always follow these way and do these thing to make myself get happy. Laughing
-Do something good for someone else, even though you may not want to. Do a favor, help them find something, give them an item which will help them in some way. Start the flow of positive energy.
- Sing. Loudly. Badly. Off-key. Whatever you like. It works. The last time I was on my way somewhere really nerve-wracking, I was in a cab. The radio was playing & I was so anxious that the only way I could distract myself was by singing along. Loudly. The driver probably thought I was a total nut but I didn't care & it did the trick!

If I am sad, I will do everything I want to do.
If I want to cry, I will cry without shyness.
Because something hurts me very much and make me so sad
until I can't pertend that I don't care about it.
It can help me better after doing that.
The another way is finding something to do.
It helps me focus on what I am doing and forget my sadness.
Sometimes I talk to my friends about something that make me sad.
It's very good for me because my friends always understand me.
They know why I do that and why I am sad about it.

It is easy to said that just let it be but in real life that I have ever
found it is very hard to do like this. Especially, when we face with
bad thing, you will definately be sad.
But if you still feel unhappy, you will get trouble like this many time.
So, you should learn from that mistakes to improve yourself
or not to let it happen to you again.

Easily said that think of the problem that you met in the past
, you can still go through it. Now, you will pass it as well.

For me, if I very sad I will find something to do.
Such as exercise and singsong.
Sometimes I listen to the music.
Looking the TV.
Listen to the radio.
Go to swim.
Drive bicycle around university.
Read the cartoon.
Dance with friend or dancing in the room with Eshan music.

I'll try to forget it and find something to do.
Listening to music, watching the movie, playing some music are good example to release the tension.
The long, concentrated activity is very good for me to bring me out from the serious situation.
