How to be better in English speaking skill?

I search for this method to improved my speaking skill. You have to do follow the tips.

Practise where you can, when you can. Any practice is good – whether you speak to someone who is a native English speaker or not.It's important to build your confidence. If possible, use simple English sentence structure that you know is correct, so that you can concentrate on getting your message across.

Try to experiment with the English you know. Use words and phrases you know in new situations. Native English speakers are more likely to correct you if you use the wrong word than if you use the wrong grammar. Experimenting with vocabulary is a really good way of getting feedback.

Try to respond to what people say to you. You can often get clues to what people think by looking at their body language. Respond to them in a natural way.

Try NOT to translate into and from your own language. This takes too much time and will make you more hesitant.

If you forget a word, do what native English speakers do all the time, and say things that 'fill' the conversation. This is better than keeping completely silent. Try using um, or er, if you forget the word.

Don't speak too fast! It's important to use a natural rhythm when speaking English, but if you speak too fast it will be difficult for people to understand you.

Try to relax when you speak – you'll find your mouth does most of the pronunciation work for you. When you speak English at normal speed, you'll discover that many of the pronunciation skills, such as linking between words, will happen automatically.

I found 3 rules to be better in English speaking skill.
First, Don't study grammar too much
This rule might sound strange to many ESL students, but it is one of the most important rules. If you want to pass examinations, then study grammar. However, if you want to become fluent in English, then you should try to learn English without studying the grammar.
Next, Reading and Listening is NOT enough. Practice Speaking what you hear!
Reading, listening, and speaking are the most important aspects of any language. The same is true for English. However, speaking is the only requirement to be fluent. It is normal for babies and children to learn speaking first, become fluent, then start reading, then writing. So the natural order is listening, speaking, reading, then writing.
Finally,Learn and study phrases
If you know 1000 words, you might not be able to say one correct sentence. But if you know 1 phrase, you can make hundreds of correct sentences. If you know 100 phrases, you will be surprised at how many correct sentences you will be able to say. Finally, when you know only a 1000 phrases, you will be almost a fluent English speaker.

Practice makes perfect is a very good sentence to practice everything to make it better.
To speak English better has many ways or techniques.
These are the ways I want to share with you all and some of them you might already know.
-Watching movies with English soundtrack and English subtitle.
-Listening to the Europe news like BBC, VOAS or Fox.
-Watching various clips on Youtube.
-Trying to repeat the sentence after the native speaker when you're watching or listening the news or movies.

There are many technique that I use such as
- I try to watch the movie that has English sound with English subtitle, then speak after listening.
- I will talk with myself in English everyday, even the easy topic I'll try to speak out.
- I practice from the easy sentences in daily life such as what am I going to do? , I'm doing my homework, Today I eat Kaw-Man-Kai, and try to make it natural.
- When I heard or hear new words or idioms, I'll try to speak out and use it right grammatically based on my comprehension.

Write a news diary. Another daily writing task that can work for people who would be bored by writing about their own routines in a diary is to write about the news that you read and listen to everyday. If you include your predictions for how you think the story will develop (e.g. "I think Hillary will become president"), this can give you a good reason to read old entries another time, at which time you can also correct and mistakes you have made and generally improve what you have written.
