Well in the morning when your in bed and you don't want to get up, you could pick up a book and just read for a little while to get you awake. Or before you go to sleep, you could catch up on a page or two.And when you have finally finished everything you have to do, you can sit down in a quiet place, relax, and read a book that you really love and just forget about everything else. It's very relaxing and peaceful.
