How to go to bed after watching a horror movie?

Awwww, I tried so hard, you know?
I'm afraid a lot because I sleep alone everyday.
I usually listen some relax songs to forget that movie for awhile and enjoy!

Tell yourself over and over it's not real. Whether you believe the creep is real, assure yourself that it is either not real, or, if you are a very strong believer, that he/she has no reason to come scare or kill you.
Think of nicer things! Think of fluffy bunnies hopping around in fields, or hugging your best friend, even driving around in that dream car you've wanted since you were little. Don't focus on your scary ghost or zombie.

For me, if I see a horror movie, I will chant and
make mediation before go to bed.
Or I will listen the soft music , or I will chat with my friends.
You can try it. And then your fear will disappear.

For me, I will phone to someone for talking with me.

The last, I will chat with my friends or play game on my cell phone.

I like this question very much, because I'm the one who love watching horror movies.
Sometime I used to dream of a devil or a ghost from the movies, it very scared me.
But I'm still watch it even though it's very frighten.
I like horror movies, so I would tell myself that it's only a movie.
And if it's too scary, I find someone to watch it with me or don't watch it until I find one.

No matter what kind of movie I had watched I can sleep easily.
When my head touch the pillow and I close my eyes I can fall asleep.
But sometimes I watched a horror movie I feel scared and imagine lots of things however I would pray and turn on my audio or my MP3 to listen music.Then I can sleep.

If you feel frightened after watching a horror movie, relax yourself before going to bed. You can have a shower again, read a cartoon book, listen to your favourite music or drink a glass of water. You are not scared by the ghosts in that movie but you are scared from what you imagine in your mind. Your mind scares you so you should try t relax and go to bed.
Don't forget to switch off the lights to save energy.
