Like other parts of your body, your brain may lose some agility as you get older. It can deteriorate even more if you don’t take care of it. Science is unlocking many of the mysteries of the brain, but we don’t have all the answers yet. You can do everything “right” and still not prevent Alzheimer’s disease. What’s offered here is the best and most up-to-date information available about brain health so you can make your own decisions about your overall health.
1. Read a good book : Reading a book stimulates the imagination. Your brain can’t keep from drawing mental pictures when you read. Reading gets your mind off its butt and to work. I love to let a book carry me away. I always have a book that I’m reading and sometimes I have 3 or 4! I get most of my books from the library to avoid the cost of buying each one. This also allows me to try a wide variety of books without risk.
2. Practice meditation : Don’t worry, I’m not going off the new age deep-end here. There are a lot of different forms of meditation. To me, in its most simple form, meditation is about spending a little time alone to relax and center your thoughts. It is amazingly therapeutic. If you haven’t tried meditation before, I would highly recommend reading this guide to meditation.
3. Get plenty of rest : A lack of sleep can interfere with your ability to assimilate new information. This means those all-nighters you pulled back in college were much less effective than you thought. Your brain needs rest to operate at its peak performance. This may be why things always seem clearer and brighter after a good night’s sleep.
4. Eat a good breakfast : It is not a myth. Eating a good breakfast does get you off to a better start. You should eat a breakfast high in protein and good carbohydrates. A couple of pieces of whole-grain toast with peanut butter will fit the bill. Eggs are also an excellent source of protein. Nuts, milk, and fresh fruit are also great ways to feed your brain.

Exercise
We all know that exercise is the key for healthy body. The same principle applies when we talk about brain health. Exercise promotes effective blood circulation to our brain, thereby making it stay active and healthy.
Decrease Caffeine Consumption
Most people out there do not realize that caffeine is not good for their overall health, especially if consumed in large quantities. Not only does it make one feel restless, but it also leads to anxiety and insomnia. Over a period of time, you might end up remembering things slowly.
Meditation
Meditation allows your brain to calm down and relax. Remember, like any other body part, our brain also needs to relax. Meditation is a great way to offer your brain with the much needed relaxation at periodic intervals.
Diet
Recent studies have concluded that diet has a direct relationship with our mind. Your best bet would be to have fresh fruits and vegetables to promote good brain health. Fruits and vegetables have a calming effect on our mind as they supply our brain with the best type of glucose for effective functioning.

I always choose foods that help protect our brains. I have probably noticed that when you don’t get enough good quality sleep, it is harder to concentrate the next day. However, I have a lot of work to do and I can not sleep enough

We all like to be at our best and to do that, you have got to take care of your brain. I think getting enough sleep, doing aerobic exercise, doing meditation, relaxing, thinking in positive ways, trying different things or different ways of doing things for example, if you write on your right hands, then try to write with your left hand is the way to take car and exercise your brain.

In my point of view, I think listening to music ang getting sleep enough between 7-8 hours per day can take care of my bain. It is easy ways to take care.

we should challenge our mind and memory. Mental stimulation encourages new connections between brain cells…so when it comes to the memory, “use it or lose it” isn’t just a cliché. Seek out a variety of mentally challenging activities. Learn a new skill—take up an instrument or study a foreign language. Join a club, volunteer, find extra ways to increase brain-protecting social interaction. Visit a museum or work a difficult puzzle. Passive activities, such as watching TV, don’t offer the same benefits.

I have ever read the research about eating almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, and pecans are excellent as are pumpkin, sunflower, flax and other seeds. These kinds of fat do not make you fat. Essential fatty acids are essential because your body can’t make them. Your brain is full of fat and you need the fatty acids for a healthy brain.

According to a study done by the Department of Nutrition at the University of Oslo in Norway, people who regularly ate chocolate scored higher on cognitive tests than those who didn't report eating as much chocolate. The report is a little vague, but the researchers asked over 2,000 people, aged 70-74, about their eating habits. In particular, they wanted to know about the participants’ intake of chocolate, tea and wine, foodstuffs high in flavonoids. Wine had the strongest correlation with high test results, but chocolate came in second. Yea!

I have learned from the psychology in modern life styles class that
the way to take a good care of your brain is learning many new things.
It's because humans' brains like to know new things.
When you learn new things, your brain will make new place for keep it inside.
Your brain will work all the time but not hard.
If you try to do many things new, such as, you use the new shower cream,
your brain will receive the new touching.
And another good way is trying not to think too much about the bad things.
Your brain doesn't like the bad thins, but if you still think of bad things, it will destroy your brain.

I have five thing to take care our brain.
Water >Water is an extremely vital element required for effective brain functioning. A hydrated brain is considered to be more healthy and alert. While juices and other herbal teas can promote brain health, these liquids should not serve as a replacement for water.
Walking
Walking is one the easiest and coolest ways to walk your way through good brain health. Recent research has proved that walking for 20 minutes a day can help one lower blood sugar level. This in turn ensures proper flow of blood to the brain, thereby enabling you to think clearly.
Brain Games
Brain games such as puzzles, Wii etc are a great way to break the ice, when it comes to providing relief to your mind from the daily stress. Brain teasing activities will not only boost your memory, but they will also lead to the formation of new neural connections, thereby resulting into healthy brain.
Kill Stress
Prolonged stress has the potential to kill your memory power. Besides this, it can invite hosts of ailments in your life. It’s imperative for you to learn the early signs of stress in order to eradicate them at the earliest to ensure a healthy brain.
Rest
Lastly, make sure that you sleep for at least 8 hours on daily basis. Your brain will function at its best, only when it gets desired rest.

So, go out and get moving (and that doesn’t mean you have to run a marathon). If exercise is new to you, then start by walking, dancing, or even swimming, short distances at first, building-up your stamina over a month’s time. And parents – get your kids to turn off the TV, the internet and the video games, and go outside and play. And if you are a manager or work in an office, suggest that the staff take a walk during lunch, or lead them in some jumping jacks before a meeting or a brain storming session.

There are two ways in which herb teas can induce healthy effects on the brain. Aromatic teas like Spearmint and Rosemary are know to boost energy due to both medicinal purposes as well as aromatic stimulant effects. Ginkgo and Ginseng are known for their more direct effect on maintaining good brain health. Ginkgo is known as the herb tea that helps oxygen availability to the brain through improving nerve transmission and blood flow. Care for my brain , it's a simple way . Anyone can do that . Eating foods that are beneficial to drink my milk and bread every morning before going to school . Drinking water per day to keep the body fresh and inter brain airy . Code, to calm your mind , do not think that came up at the scene to be conscious problem solving . And the other is about researching the Stinking Thinking about the brain to keep the idea of a good story . The last time we had enough rest to fatigue , we simply can not think of anything . If girls have to sleep and then wake up and do it because if we are forced to finally do something with the result we do .
