I know that nowadays people easy to anger.Because of many things in our the world changed. So I have some tips for you if you feel like this.

1. Release all judgments and criticisms about yourself. The purpose of judgments is to make you not feel which is what got you in the situation in the first place.

2. Forgive your body for having to make your life miserable in order to bring this to your attention.

3. Honor and own that this is your creation in order for you to pay attention to, and see how you have given your power away to other people and circumstances to offer you the opportunity to step into your power now.

4. Give your body tremendous love as part of the healing process without any judgments or resentments at it for limiting you.

5. Give your body basic kinesthetic pleasure as part of loving it. Perhaps a gentle massage, energy healing or a mineral bath.

6. Address your anger. This is probably the most important step in releasing that feeling of powerlessness out of your psyche so that you are able to step into your power. In my work, I carry people through visualization techniques in order to accomplish this.

7. Promise your body that you are going to love it and care for it and you are going to work in partnership with it. This will build trust between you and your body. Then imagine yourself healed in the not too distant future.

If you will take these seven steps, you will release anger out of your body, and you will heal yourself.

I am not the person that always be angry.
So, you just not be angry and let it go.
You can go somewhere and scream. hahaha
I think the best way is don't be with the thing that makes you angry.

i know exactly what you're going through. i went through the same thing last year and i it got so bad that i was just pissed off all the time and no matter what anyone did i just got angry.

one thing that i have to say worked for me was getting a punching bag. even if it's just a little one in the corner of your room. then whenever you get angry you can hit that. it will be safer for your hands.

another thing that helps is plugging yourself into music. silly music or serious music it doesn't matter. any escape from reality is better then none.

you could also try something that i haven't so don't know if it works, but you could do the chore before being to do it. if you have problems with people telling you to do something then they won't have to tell you because you've already done it.

Step away from the situation. If possible, leave the room or office you are in and step outside to get some fresh air or go for a short walk. If you are with other people, let them know that you will need a moment to gather yourself. This will give you an opportunity to compose yourself, and will help you avoid saying things that you will later regret. Take deep, slow breaths to relax. If it helps, repeat a word or mantra to yourself either in your head or out loud. Try words like "relax," "it's ok," "don't worry," and so on. This will help bring your heart rate and blood pressure back to a normal level. Sometimes we get very angry over trivial matters that have little significance in the long run. Looking at the big picture will help you put the incident into perspective, and might even make you realize that what happened isn't really as big a deal as you originally thought.

Think about something you like or do something you enjoy. For example, listen to music. Even "brutal" music will help if you like the genre.
Find a nice, hard piece of wood and hack at it with an axe. It is a better way than hitting your pillow because it causes damage to the wood and is another great anger outlet.
Writing helps to deal with it. Tell your diary what happened. You never know, you might end up writing a poem, story or song!
Avoid anything that makes you mad (i.e., don't talk, email or chat to anyone that will occasionally or constantly makes you mad). If you feel that anger starting to take control, simply drop the subject whether it is a game or a fight. Do some of the steps above to release the anger if it helps. Instead of yelling at everyone, try a witty comment instead. If none of these solutions work, seek psychological help. These steps are guaranteed to stop all that anger.
Draw what you're thinking. It can be a great outlet for everything you have built up inside yourself.
Take a walk.
If you feel you must take your anger out on something, play a violent videogame. Battlefield and Grand Theft Auto are some good examples.

Try sleeping. Sleep relaxes me and get rid of tension. It's so effective that I may end up waking without noticing that I am angry.Try and go to sleep, walk the dog, exercise, do my homework, watch TV, etc...

Mood swings are normal after getting clean, this is something I recenetly learned first hand.

Have you tried talking to people? I find this to sometimes help. Also, like you mentioned- exercise. Maybe if you tire yourself out enough and exercise vigorously enough you won't have any energy left to be angry I find kickboxing to be amazing. Also, are you interested in any herbal supplements? Valerian root and L-Theanine have both benefitted me.

I think take deep breaths, can release my anger. It always calms nerves down. It is just a small meditation that releases a little stress at a time. It doesn't have as much effect as real meditation does but it does buy me calm-down time.
