| Yoga is a traditional method of meditation developed by the saints of ancient India. They practiced yoga as an effective method of controlling their mind and bodily activities. Yoga in Daily Life is a system of practice consisting of eight levels of development in the areas of physical, mental, social and spiritual health. When the body is physically healthy, the mind is clear, focused and stress is under control. This gives the space to connect with loved ones and maintain socially healthy relationships. When you are healthy you are in touch with your inner Self, with others and your surroundings on a much deeper level, which adds to your spiritual health. Yoga increases the flexibility of the spine, improves body’s physical condition and heightened awareness to the importance of relaxation. It has been emphasized that each exercise be practiced slowly, coordinating movement with the breath, pausing motionless in each position and always with full concentration. | |

| Today, yoga is a familiar name to most and its wellness benefits are increasingly praised by the latest research. Even those who are only familiar with the name still come to my classes saying “I want to be more flexible” and more importantly, “ I just want to feel better”. yoga is important because it stretches your body, regulates your breath, and calms your mind. After a few weeks or months of practice you will find out that your body is more elastic, feeling lighter and sleeping deeper. If you further the practice, you will experience yoga to heightened level than more than mere gymnastics. You stop overeating and and curve your diet.

| I never have a chance to do yoga but I have ever heard about that is there are many benefit of doing yoga. For the people who want to loss their weight, this is the activity which is proper with you. Yoga is not a religion; it is a way of living whose aim is ‘a healthy mind in a healthy body’. Man is a physical, mental and spiritual being; yoga helps promote a balanced development of all the three. Other forms of physical exercises, like aerobics, assure only physical well-being. They have little to do with the development of the spiritual or astral body.

| The benefits of doing this practice are beneficial to everyone. 1. Physical strength: It is a great tool for toning, and to improve flexibility. A good teacher will focus on instructing proper alignment to avoid injuries. In doing so, poses like Warrior I, Cobra Pose, and Down Dog are particularly beneficial for your posture and core strength. 2. Improves Concentration: Yoga provides a continuous flow of concentration and mediation that can be used as a tool for your everyday life. A good yoga class will leave you with a sense of inner peace that will last you throughout your day. This will help with decision-making and improve your concentration on tasks at hand. 3. Stress Relief: Yoga uses many different breathing-control techniques. By spending an hour or an hour and thirty minutes in a yoga class, doing movements that require you to inhale and exhale, can result in relieving tension that you may be holding in your body. This allows you to keep your attention inwards so that you can begin to notice moments when you are not breathing (like when your stressed out).
