Here are the lists of what I did
1. Changed my diet- no more fast food! i.e taco bell, mc donalds, burger king- these foods are filled with preservatives! Yuck! sick0002–except for chipotle—I love chipotle yes
2. Started taking a good multivitamin
3. Started taking b-complex- this has all the b vitamins- It made me feel very calm
4. Read the power of now, from panic to power, anxiety workbook winking0008
5. Drank chamomile tea-t his really relaxes you after a stressful day

These are the ways I do to reduce my anxiety.
1.Talking to someone is one of the best ways to overcome your anxiety. Getting together with your family and friends, even your fellow patrons at Starbucks, and talking about what you are feeling can be helpful. If you can't talk to someone, try writing a letter or visiting an appropriate Internet chat room.
2. Exercise is another good way to keep from letting your fears overwhelm you. Sometimes gentle forms of exercise like walking and yoga can be better than a hard workout at the gym. Do what works best for you at the moment and don't worry about breaking your normal routine, that change may actually help reduce your anxiety.

It is easy if you are a reasonable person that you agree to understand
the truth. All of us can face with anxiety but someone meets a little bit or someone meets
a lot up to your thinking or idealism to that thing.
If you have anxiety, you can take a deep breathe, go to your favorite place
, eat your favorite food , sleep, do exercise or do activities that you like.
I believe it can help you get better.

Distract yourself. Distraction is an effective way of putting your mind on something other than the anxiety symptoms you are experiencing, and is a surprisingly effective anxiety treatment. It is difficult for the mind to focus on more than one thing at once. If you find something to focus on intently, your mind will not be able to maintain the anxiety for long.

Fortunately, I enjoy thinking in the positive way.
Certainly, whenever you face any problems, you may be anxious and worry about that.
Sometimes, problem can make you strong so you don't give up and try your best.
I always think Everything is good or bad that come to your life and then it pass through.
It is uncertain. Try your best.

Try doing these tips to get rid of your anxiety before an important exam, meeting or date.

1. Medication
Some people who almost always are under stress and who frequently worry about all small and big things of life need help and support from medical professionals, counselors and relatives and friends in order to rid them of their chronic or acute anxiety disorder.

2. Self-Monitoring
Some problems have solutions, and in that case, taking suitable steps to solve those problems is better than worrying, without doing anything else.

3. Meditation
Try not to think at all. Whenever the mind wanders away, bring it back to the breathing process. Regular sessions of meditation are effective in dealing with anxiety.

4. Relaxation
Learn to relax in order to rid your mind of stress. Occupy yourself with games and other activities that are filled with fun and entertainment.

5. Bring About Lifestyle Changes
Change your lifestyle so that you can avoid confronting the things that have been putting you under stress. Sometimes, a change of residence or job will help.
