WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF USING HOTMAIL?

Hotmail is great service when it comes to email. Not only does hotmail and msn give you fast and easy to use e-mail, it also gives you many other features. The first of which many would notice is MSN Live messanger. Basically equivalent to AIM MSN messanger does have so extra bonuses that AIM does not. The messanger has a much nicer layout. You are able to send whole folders, as well as individual files. The webcam use is also much easier and better on MSN Messanger. Hotmail also allows you to add your contacts on to your network which gives you all new ways to stay in touch. You can also send attachments with your emails that can be as much as 10mb , and the upload time is very quick. It also does a great job of blocking spam and other annoying emails. It also does not over advertise and is specifically made for the users convenience. Over all Hotmail is a great e-mail.

Hotmail was one of the most popular forms of web email during the time where the internet was just starting. When hotmail just came out, it was very siomple to use and fast. I guess one of the advantages is that you can use the MSN instant messaging service. Also, a couple of years ago hotmail inscreased the email memory for all their users to a size that is similar to other email services such as Yahoo. The disadvantage now is that last year they changed their email software to a new update that makes it somehow slower and more confusing way to manage emails. It's free. Plenty of storage space. They have really cleaned up their act with the junk mail that used to get through. I like the format. Easy to access. No particular disadvantages for me, but I wouldn't use it to send confidential information.

The interface is easy to navigate and understand and creating your own folders provides optimum information management. Hotmail also boasts a feature that will connect your account to your Microsoft Outlook email so you can even check your messages when you are offline.
