WHERE IS YOUR HOMETOWN?

My hometown is Chaiyaphum Province, one of the north-eastern provinces (changwat) of Thailand. Chaiyaphum is a small, quiet provincial capitol. It is pretty laid back, and there isn't a whole lot to do, but it is worth spending a day here if you are passing through. It is well known in tourism terms because it has beautiful flower fields. Approximately 50% of Chaiyaphum is mountains and forests. The rest is a plateau. Chaiyaphum is divided into 2 parts by the mountain range that runs through the center of the province form east to west which comprises Phu Yuak, Phu E Thao, Phu Lankha, Phu Phang Hoei and connects with Phu Phraya Fo which is part of the Petchabun Mountain Range. The range goes through Amphoe Thep Sathit, Amphoe Nong Bua Daeng and Amphoe Khon San. The main rivers are Chi River which originates in a thick jungle in Amphoe Nong Bua Daeng and Phrom River which comes from a thick jungle in Amphoe Khon San. They are important rivers of the Northeast.

Siseket is my hometown. Sisaket is one of the north-eastern provinces of Thailand. Neighboring provinces are Surin, Roi Et, Yasothon and Ubon Ratchathani. To the south it borders Oddar Meancheay and Preah Vihear of Cambodia. The province is located in the valley of the Mun river, a tributary of the Mekong. The Dângrêk mountain chain, which forms the border with Cambodia, is in the south of the province.
Khao Phra Wihan National Park is a famous tourist attraction of my province, it is located on the mountain which border with Cambodia. The provincial seal shows the Prasat Hin Ban Samo, a Khmer temple about 1000 years old, located in the Prang Ku district.
The symbol flower and tree of the province is the White Cheesewood (Melodorum fruticosum). The six leaves of the flower refer to the six original districts of the province - Khukhan, Kantharalak, Uthumphon Phisai, Kanthararom, Rasi Salai and Khun Han.

When I told anybody that I came from Sisaket, a popular question is " Can you speak Cambodian?"
Honestly, I can't speak Cambodian even listening. I don't understand at all.

My hometown is Srithat district in Udonthani province . Srithat is a small district but livable .
The people are very lovely and kind . They are agriculturist . Udonthani border Kalasin province
and Sakolnakorn province, Nongbualumpoo province and Npngkay province.Udonthani has many
touring places to visit such as The Ban-Chieng museum , Nongprajak public and a lot of place.
You can to travel there.

The name of this province is a number in Thai language.
It's 101 or Roi-Et.
I was born in Mueng district, Roi-Et, Thailand.
My home town is very crowed and beautiful. People are friendly.
There are many attraction places such as PalanChai Lake, The biggest Buddha image of Thailand
and the city museum.

So, I think my really hometown is Nakhonratchasima because I lived there since I was 4 years old.
Nakhonratchasima Province is the largest city in Thailand. I am really proud when I tell every that my hometown is Nakhonratchasima. ^^

I have no ideas as either why they chose to move to Surin.

This province is located in Northeastern of Thailand. It have some special thing that my province can write in the number; 101. I have been lived in 3 district in this province; Selaphoom, Phonthong and Pathumrat. Now, I live in Pathumrat district that is my hometown. Pathumrat is a small country. People in this town is friendly and generous. If you have free time I suggest you to travel in my hometown.

It is quite far from downtown about 80 kilometers.
I am get used to take a long time in traveling from University.

My home town is Lamplaimat district, Buriram province. In Lamplaimat, there is a stream that related to the legend of Pajit and Orapim. It is called Lam Nam Mat, Lam Mat, or the golden stream.
The steam is sustainable for the people around the district. But in rainy season, much water overflow and destroy the road, so there is the problem about transportation every year. Although there are some problems in rainy season, the district officer make this place as a place for relaxing in other seasons; winter and summer. There are rafts for rafting along the stream and many restaurants near the stream.

My home town is Khonkaen province. There is a wonderful place want you to visit, there is "City Pillar Shrine ". A famous monk and former governor of Khon Kaen placed a stone inscription from an ancient site in Amphoe Chum Phae here for a Buddhism rite and set up the city pillar shrine.

My hometown is a small town called 'Phimai' in Nakhon Ratchasima provice. It's a historical city, there are many historical places such as Phimal Historical park. It's the biggest ancient Khmer building in Thailand.

My hometown is Ubonratchatani  provice. It,s a big city and many travel attraction places  such as Pha-Tam, Many waterfall and Sam-Pan-Bok each places it's beautiful.

I moved to my mom hometown, Amnatcharoen, with some reasons when I was 7 years old.
Sometimes I think of my childhood life in hometown.

It's contain many famous history.
For example, Pra-Num-Rung castle!!! There are a lot of enormous stone around the castle.
Every year, people from many part of Thailand come to Buriram to celebrate Pra-Num-Rung festival.
I really proud of my hometown.
