Yes, I have.
I used to call 191 in my childhood.
At that time, my home got in trouble with thief.
They robbed many of things in my house; I think there were many people more than one.
Many stuffs in my home were disordered.
My parents and I were very curious.
So, we call 191 to help us.
Unluckily, we haven't known who is the thief until now.
