| 1. Listen to this. If you do best by hearing things, and can retain information that comes to you orally, you're probably an auditory learner. Here are some characteristics to help you determine if you are: You remember, with great detail, information that you hear in conversations or lectures. You have a well-developed vocabulary, an appreciation for words, and strong language skills, picking up new languages relatively easily. 2. Take a deep breath. Scan over your entire course/paper, so you know what you're going to be reading. If it's very long, break it into sections. 3. Take a break. It's important to keep your mind fresh, so once you think you have something roughly memorized, take a 20- to 30-minute break. Do something you enjoy that's easy to accomplish (i.e., something that doesn't involve a lot of learning) during that time, such as talking on the phone or taking a walk in the park. You're relaxing your brain and giving it time to encode what you just learned into your long-term memory. Excessive stimulation of new concepts and learning different things can interfere with that encoding process.

| I think the way to remember the thing before we have an exam is
read the books a lot
and try to practice yourself by do an mind mapping
or short note for the important thing that we don't miss
read a lot is the best for me, but I can not do it

| "Memorization" is a skill developed with practice. Here are a few suggestions to help you remember things you study: 1. Find something interesting about what you’re learning. Even if your subject of study is utterly boring, finding one or two details that you enjoy (or find slightly less dreary) will help you through your cram session. 2. Study at your “peak” time of day. Some people work better in the morning, others at night. Find out which type you are by noting the time of day while paying attention to your level of energy and interest in studying. 3. Eat healthy food. Some studies say fruits and vegetables, especially orange and red colored foods, can boost energy and memory. You'll also feel more lively! 4. Create memory trees. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, create a “tree” of facts. Construct big branches first, then little leaves. Branches should represent large categories; the smaller leaves should be facts that fall under those categories. 5. Write out facts to be memorized over and over and over. Making lists and categories will help you recall what certain information means to you, and why that information is important. Ex: if you have multiple names of bacteria that need memorizing, sort them in a list and giving each species name a quick definition. Mount this list on a wall for quick everyday access. 6. When reading information, summarize the main facts. Read a chapter of a book and mark the big ideas and important details. This practice requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again.

| I do think that concentration is good for remembering some details for final exam. Here is a good trick for you to remember things -Meditation is the most powerful of all concentration enhancement techniques. You can apply it at least five minutes before reading a text. -Choose a place of your choice for concentration. School libraries, in your room or private rooms are the best. Above all, the place that you choose should not be distracting. Try to stay away from other people if you want to concentrate on your final exam.

| I have read from the books is said: we can follow these: - Find something interesting about what you’re learning. Even if your subject of study is utterly boring, finding one or two details that you enjoy (or find slightly less dreary) will help you through your cram session. -Rest and relax, sleep helps consolidate memory. Study throughout the days leading up to an exam. Avoid cramming the night before. Take breaks while studying. Go for a walk, eat a snack, or stretch to refresh your brain. -Eat healthy food. Some studies say fruits and vegetables, especially orange and red colored foods, can boost energy and memory. You'll also feel more lively!

| Investigate and note intuitive relationships between the elements and your own experience. This is called memorizing by association. The relationships don't need to be rational, only memorable (interesting, funny, enjoyable) and inspirational. If you're memorizing Article 1 of the US Constitution, for example, it begins, "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a congress...," you might imagine a congressman in a vest, with a power cord dangling out of his pocket. Take the first letters of something you're trying to remember and create another acronym for it. For example, the anterior pituitary gland secretes six major hormones: TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone), ACTH (adrenocorticotropic hormone), FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone), PCR (prolactin), and GH (growth hormone). They're tough to remember, but if you create an acronym out of the first letters of each hormone (for example, The Actor Fails Like Purple Gnomes), they all become much easier to remember.
