| When I was child, I do want to be the tallest and strong one in class because the other friends won't hit me.Then these are the technique that my parents suggest me If I want to be like that.1. Eat right. Ensuring that you're getting all the vitamins and minerals your body requires will help you grow to your full height. Take a supplement targeted at your age group with breakfast each morning, and try to incorporate certain foods into your diet. 2. Exercise your body. Sadly, if your growth plates have closed, exercising will not affect your growth rate. But if you enjoy swimming, biking, running, or yoga, among other sports, and you haven't stopped growing, exercise combined with the right diet and proper sleep should help you grow. 3. Get plenty of sleep. Research suggests that growing teenagers and preteens need between 8.5 and 11 hours of sleep every night. This is because your body grows and regenerates tissue while you're at rest. Make your sleeping environment as calm as possible, and try to eliminate loud noises and unnecessary light. - Join a gym. Joining a gym will help give you access to a lot of great exercising and muscle-building machines. It will also keep you motivated to work out (you'll feel silly if you're not exercising in the gym).
- Join a sports team. People who join sports teams can use their natural competitiveness to burn extra calories and hopefully get their bodies taller. The great thing about team sports is that half the time, you don't even realize that you're exercising.
- If nothing else, walk around. If you can't find the time to do anything else, get up and walk around. Walk to the grocery store. Walk to the library. Walk to school

| If you are under 20 years old,you can be taller because our structure be not steady. It keeps growing untill we are 20 years old and it will be slowly up a little bit . :bball:After that you will feel a little bit change,you will be more weigh but the same tall. | I think it's late to talk about how to have higher tall, because I think we're too old. -O-.
If you want to get more high, I recommend that you have to drink a lot of milk, and do the exercise or sport such as basketball. I think it is the best way. | |

| These are the ways to have higher tall I heard - Drink milk two to three glasses per day. - Exercise by stretching or jumping. - Play sports, such as, basketball and volleyball.
