How often did you donate blood?

I often donate blood one or two times per year.

I'm so scared but I think it's a good thing to do for the other if we have a chance.

(Drink plenty of water or fruit juice the night and morning before you donate.)****

I do it every chance I got. It is probably every three months.

I want to donate blood but the rule of blood donating tell me that the donater have to have 45 Kilograms but I am 43. It is terrible so I try to donate with other ways. I donate some money to the hospital every time when I have a chance .

I can't say that I have no time but I am sick of filling out a two-page blood-donating form.
When I was at home, I decided to donate some of my blood for my friend's father but a doctor did not allow me due to a lack of sleep. Since then, I have never claimed to donate my blood.

Many months before, I intended to donate blood.
My health and my body were ready to donate also because I slept enough.
But just only one day before donating, I went to the temple for praying in the evening.
The position I sat was in the way of powerful blowing fan.
And next day, I got a cold and had a sore throat.
So, I couldn't donate blood like I intended to do.
